"The company, though, has lacked a present, integrated American footprint to really participate as the Trump Administration wishes"
If Canada has rejected Bozo's 'golden dome' scam how is this of benefit to Canada and Canadian sovereignty...other than the obvious $$$$? Please enlighten me.
Noah, you mentioned that some of the tech at BCT was developed for, or in cooperation with, DARPA. Is there any risk of a Canadian company buying up US tech companies with ties to DARPA getting political? I realize no one can predict what will set off the current administration, but how exceptional is this transaction? Will it draw the attention of people who are capable of erratic political action? It seems pretty exceptional from the Canadian perspective, but it also seems like something that could upset, or at least be used to upset, certain of the America First crowd.

But besides those worries, I'm excited for this!
Could anyone explain what the phrase "100% of the membership interests" actually means?
