Great idea! Use the MSVS SEV Kitchen (s) & make it ai joint CAF / Industry stand (with DEW/Weatherhaven). It'd be a great showcase & interactive equipment demo.

100% agree.. what a great brain-storming session. It would generate a ton of charitable funds for veteran organizations, nothing against supporting local food trucks, but if given the choice...

Fair ask. Concur. Maybe we should set up some field kitchens for caf training purposes and serve thousands of hotdogs to support related charities.

I was just thinking of something quick so there was no lineups....
CAF cooks can cook up pretty elaborate meals... & Serve rapidly off the steamline. Just that might be worthwhile to demo...

Agreed. There was so much activity this year, even the public servants would henefit from an extra day to explore all the relevant SMEs...
