The ability to prioritize in an effective manner escapes many companies & departments/agencies. Too often, it's a subjective process, not based on meaningful data that needs to be optimized, giving-in to the loudest voice in the discussion. Glad to see that someone is at least challenging the status-quo in the context of limited resources (as always).
