






The Canadian Army today announced the completion of it's first ever FPV Training Course. Leading up to the scaling of Class I UAS under the Minerva Initiative, the Canadian Army has launched the Full Manual Uncrewed Aerial System (FMUAS) Operator Course to ensure troops are Drone-Ready. The Army released the following statement and Images in commemoration of this achievement:
First Canadian Army FPV Drone course is complete!
The Full Manual Uncrewed Aerial System (FMUAS) Operator Course provides soldiers with specialized training to maintain and operate First Person View drones in tactical environments. By developing a cadre of qualified operators, the course strengthens the Army's ability to employ FPV systems in roles including reconnaissance and precision strike, helping ensure the Canadian Army remains ready for the demands of the modern battlefield.
