The only firm order from within Canada at the moment is for the government of Alberta. Those deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2031, so I would guess manufacturing of those examples will begin sometime in 2029.
Has it been confirmed? The last statement I saw from DHC worded it as "Manitoba has confirmed their intent to purchase...", which felt like weird wording

Manitoba ordered 3 515's last year as well.

My understanding was the order for 3 was firm. But what politicians say and what they sign and pay for may be two different things.
