The Royal Canadian Navy released the following statement regarding the Changing of Command for HMCS William Hall:
“Today, HMCS Wiliam Hall held a Change of Command ceremony, as Commander Scott Kelemen officially transferred command to Commander Jeremy Ruggles. The ceremony was presided over by Commodore Jacob French, Commander of Canadian Fleet Atlantic (CANFLTLANT).
We extend our congratulations to Cdr Ruggles as he assumes his new role and express our sincere gratitude to Cdr Kelemen for his dedicated leadership and service. BravoZulu”
