HALIFAX, NS — COVE is pleased to announce the appointment of Rangesh Kasturi and Andrew Davies to its Board of Directors.

Their perspectives will be invaluable as COVE continues to expand its impact, pursue new opportunities, and advance innovation and growth in Canada and internationally.”
Rangesh Kasturi is a seasoned global executive with extensive leadership experience managing multinational businesses with world-leading technologies and market positions in niche domains. Now retired from executive leadership, he continues to mentor and support technology companies through the Creative Destruction Lab and NATO DIANA ecosystems.
Andrew Davies brings more than 30 years of international finance and business leadership experience across the aerospace, defence, and marine sectors. He joined Irving Shipbuilding in 2020 as Vice President of Finance, following an extensive career with Rolls-Royce, where he held senior finance and operational leadership roles across its global business.
COVE also extends its appreciation to Don Bureaux, John Newton, Matt Hebb, and Aaron Plamondon as they conclude their terms on COVE’s Board of Directors. COVE thanks each of them for their leadership, insight, and contributions to the organization throughout their tenure.
