McGuinty, Minister of National Defence, Philip Earle, Member of Parliament for Labrador, Newfoundland and Labrador, will participate in a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction at 5 Wing Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador. MP Earle will deliver remarks and will be available for media questions following the ceremony.
