I like these reminders that the link between Canada and U.S. is not totally severed, only somewhat strained. These joint activities please me somehow.
Had an real opportunity there to fly that kit to Ukraine.
Oh well. NATO I guess.
Considering we only have 5 C-17s, and that they are all based in my neighbourhood, I’m always amazed at how I see these work horses (well, bisons) are deployed all over the world (thanks to Flightradar24).
Oh to see a CC-177 twenty aircraft flight line anywhere with the “Bisons” (429 Squadron)!
Was any Canadian Army formation involved besides the air force CC 117 support?
