From 52 months for Harry to 24 months for Hammy. Very, very impressive.

Is there an online system where trade skills, tools, techniques or methodologies can be shared industry wide, thereby improving productivity across the nation in real time?

The project really has come a long way. Harry DeWolf took 52 to construct, from keel laying to delivery. Robert Hampton Gray (6th and final Navy AOPS) took 24 months from keel laying to delivery.

That's a huge improvement in ship building capability. That is something to be proud of and, in my opinion, well worth the price tag of the program
