Noah Note: Another supplier in the 212CD ecosystem! Also one that has a decent enough Canadian presence that we COULD see them come into the Canadian supply chain. L3 had originally partnered with Hanwha on CPSP, where they were brought on to potentially integrate L3s underwater systems, including integrated platform management systems, integrated communications systems, steering diving & control systems, etc into the KSS-III.
While the Type 212CD will share high commonality between partners, it is very likely we see some ‘Canadization’ on critical subsystsems and such. That means that the hunt in still on for dedicated Cansdian suppliers as the 212CD program develops.
