C9’s have honestly reached and entered the “I’m too tired boss” phase of their life, it’s amazing how I’ve seen some that are still functioning well compared to others

Regarding Q16 above, here is the full document on the planned restructure of the RCA, if anyone's interested:

For the A Res infrastructure bit... As much as it can be good for unit cohesion to be in a historical building, there is a point qhere it becomes detrimental. Several of the armouries in Montreal are at that point. At least 2 buildings are too small to effectively house a unit, with 0 parking (not even for anything more than a DND panel van). A unit, even Light Infantry, that can't park, maintain & stage its own vehicles is... Not effective.

History is important... But if the buildings are not fit for purpose & way too close to one another... (Which is a driving factor to 34 GBC expansion plans...)... It is time to build new & move. History can follow - the new building might not he "historical"... But artefacts & identity are movable.

... We also tend to forget that until about the end of the Cold War... A Res infrastructre was replaced regularly (especially before WWII) Those historical armouries are often the 2nd or 3rd homes for the associated units...
