It might be a challenging area, but I would love to read a breakdown of indigenous procurement policy that is spurring all this intentional engagement of indigenous corporations. I think it's a good idea, if the government of Canada wants to make good on reconciliation, giving indigenous groups the opportunity to engage in nation building projects is a good idea. Plus, as land claims and residential schools compensation is doled out, it only makes sense to offer those groups the opportunity to invest some of that money back into Canada.

But I'm not really clear on what the requirements are, and I would appreciate someone digging into it. I'm sure many of our foreign readers would appreciate it as well!
