Lieutenant General (Ret.) Michael Rouleau, a senior military veteran, has joined Hatch‘s defence practice.
Rouleau has experience across infrastructure, operations and strategic planning with the Canadian Armed Forces. He has also worked for Accenture, Dell Canada and Dominion Dynamics. In his new role, he will help Hatch align its engineering and project delivery efforts with Canada’s new defence needs, including airfields, ports, power generation, accommodations, custom buildings and structures.
“We believe the best solutions come from teams that have lived the challenges they are solving,” says Robert Francki, Hatch’s global managing director for transportation, water and defence infrastructure. “By bringing leaders with deep operational and governance experience into our teams, we are reinforcing our ability to provide practical, execution-focused advice and delivery support on mission-critical initiatives.”
