These rapid fire acquisition all look nice as long as all the pieces fit and work, it's all glamourous and exciting till the bill need to get paid. Overextending and racking up debt has done in many a shooting star.

Are they planning an IPO or have a buyer (of them) in hand? 2026 will tell.

Makes for fascinating news…oh to be a fly on the wall in the TKMS boardroom when they discuss that.

If I had to make a completely insane and mad prediction about Inocea and the German Yard acquisition, this would be it.

Buy the yard, offer a partnership with TKMS to help build the 212CD, leverage this as part of the deal to Canada, use the Norway sub maintenance yard plans to expand their Quebec yard (as seen in the mock up with subs shown from a few weeks back) and become the default sub maintenance contract if the 212CD gets chosen. Potentially setting themselves up as a future component or even sub fabrication yard.
