Basically. The army always wanted wheels from the start, but this is a very sneaky way of trying to eliminate tracked options without outright saying it. A very common tactic of ours the last few years.

Track maintenance is consolidated now, which doesn't help, plus we just aren't a tracked army lol. DAME is tracked because it has to be.
The RFI is incredibly leaning to RCH IMO
