Patriot Forge Corporation at CANSEC 2026: Delivering Canadian Industrial Readiness
CANSEC 2026

At CANSEC 2026, Patriot Forge Corporation will be exhibiting fully manufactured, full-scale components produced through our domestic capability.
On display:
A 105mm/L33 howitzer barrel
Breech collar and forged muzzle brake
A 120mm mortar tube forging
All components are manufactured through an integrated process: steel → forging → heat treatment → machining → rifling → hydraulic autofrettage.
This is not conceptual capability. These processes and components are now established within our operations.
Included with this submission is an image from inside the first 105mm barrel rifled at our Brantford facility earlier this year, this is representative of the capability now in operation.
We will also be presenting video from within our large-calibre cannon barrel production bay, including equipment commissioned in the past year. This includes deep-hole drilling, rifling, and autofrettage systems designed for consistent, repeatable barrel production.
Our work is aligned with Canada’s Defence Industrial Strategy, with a focus on strengthening domestic industrial capacity, supply chain resilience, and sustained readiness. We operate in the critical midstream of the industrial base, where material transformation, process control, and production capacity determine whether systems can be delivered and maintained at scale.
Patriot Forge Corporation remains system-agnostic and is positioned to support both existing platforms and future programs in coordination with primes and government stakeholders.
In parallel, we continue to develop capability in naval and marine propulsion forgings, including:
Propulsion shafts
Shaftline components and couplings
Gearbox forgings
Critical rotating equipment for maritime and power generation systems
These are long-lead, high-consequence components where control of materials and processes directly impacts availability, sustainment, and operational readiness.
As allied demand has scaled, constraints have increasingly shifted toward industrial capacity and upstream material transformation. Addressing these constraints is central to the objectives of Canada’s Defence Industrial Strategy and requires coordinated, reliable production capability.
Patriot Forge Corporation is actively investing in and delivering that capability.
We welcome engagement with CAF, DND, and central agencies during CANSEC to discuss how this capacity can support Canada’s defence objectives.
Full-scale components. Proven processes. Industrial capacity aligned to national readiness
