Denver, Colorado, USA – October 19, 2025 — Today at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Annual Conference & Exposition, Stellantis Fleet and Business Solutions and Roshel unveiled a new lineup of armored vehicles designed for the needs of U.S. government agencies, law enforcement and diplomatic missions.
The highlights of the exhibition are the Jeep® Wagoneer, fully designed and engineered by Roshel in collaboration with Stellantis and the armored commercial Senator MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected), built on the Ram 5500 Chassis Cab.
“For us, it is crucial to leverage all the advantages of our North American presence,” said Roman Shimonov, CEO of Roshel. “Many of the components are sourced in North America, and final assembly is completed at our facilities in the United States. This way, we take the very best of each region and deliver combat-proven solutions in collaboration with leading OEM manufacturers.”

Strategic Collaboration
Through this collaboration, Roshel and Stellantis can offer a broad portfolio of platforms tailored to the evolving needs of U.S. and international markets. Customers benefit from comprehensive after-sales support provided through Stellantis’ global service and logistics network, while the combination of Roshel’s advanced armor technologies and Stellantis’ OEM platforms ensures vehicles that are both highly protected and operationally efficient. This expanded product range makes it possible to serve a wide spectrum of missions, from discreet diplomatic transport to fully combat-proven tactical operations.
Roshel invites attendees to visit its booth at IACP 2025 in Denver to see the new vehicles first-hand and discuss customized solutions with their technical and business development teams.
Noah Note: I think people often forget that Roshel has an entire lineup of security and policing vehicles separate from their defence offerings. Its a shame, because they're also quite interesting.
Roshel has been working hard to expand their relationship with Stellantis. The SENRAM was a major step to diversifying the Senators production line with a new chassis beyond Ford.
Of course Roshel plans to expand that to even more Chassis in the future. The big thing about the SENRAM was to also avoid some of the hits from tariffs by ensuring that there were multiple possible chassis available based off what was locally available.
Of course this week we got news that the Jeep Compass would be moved out from Stellantis Brampton factory. This effectively leaves the space without a vehicle. Those of you who have followed the current Auto crisis wouldnt be to shocked by this.
Brampton was a long time coming. The company basically said as such at the beginning of the year. As of now Stellantis claims to have a plan, but we don't know what that is or when it eill be executed.
Could there be room for something there? The two factories are surprisingly close to each other all things considered, just about a fifteen minute drive.
Some food for thought running through my silly little brain. This is good for Roshel, who has taken to expanding and developing the platforms they have. The company now has a suprisingly well diverse and capable lineup of vehicles.

A reminder that we do have a Roshel chart for easy reference! Mainly because not every Roshel product is on the website yet. Its a good visualization for a company that, just four years ago, only really had the Senator Gen I in its lineup.
This on top of the Swebor deal, which will establish Canada's first facility dedicated to production of ballistic-grade steel is yet another good step for a company on a roll this year.
Hopefully next year will see the company finally get some love domestically!
