Stephen Isaacs Appointed General Manager of Lockheed Martin Canada, Rotary and Mission Systems

OTTAWA, Ontario, May 14, 2026 – Lockheed Martin Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Isaacs as the new General Manager for the Lockheed Martin Canada Rotary and Missions Systems (RMS) business area.
In this role, Stephen will lead a team of more than 900 employees across Canada delivering advanced naval combat systems integration and mission solutions in support of Canada’s defence and security priorities.
He will oversee the execution of all domestic and international CMS 330 combat management system programs, as well as critical design, engineering, integration and training support for the Royal Canadian Navy’s current and future fleets, as well as a growing number of global allied fleets.
Stephen joins Lockheed Martin Canada following a distinguished career spanning more than two decades in the defence and technology sectors. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the MAPPS Global Business Unit at L3Harris.
Throughout his career, Stephen has built a strong reputation for operational excellence and team leadership, and a proven ability to drive results with vision, passion and dedication.
