I agree that 1.3B could be enough for the self-propelled heavy mortar platform. That's likely to be LAV 6/ACSV-based for commonality, unless there's a compelling reason to go with a platform that would have commonality with another largescale future program like MCAV (e.g. CV-90). But that seems premature at this point.
1.3BB might cover the mortar package. Thats far too low for SPGs.
