The Continental Defence Corvette has officially moved into the Option Analysis phase this week, the next step past the Identification stage and a major step forward in the project! I wanna give a congrats to all the people working hard on this. Of course, to answer some questions, the project is still working on exactly what it wants.
The Royal Canadian Air Force is looking into its Airlift capability. Things are still very early, but there is talk of additional Huskys given how loved the platform is.
Speaking of the air force, there is some debate regarding the two P-8 on option. There is some desire to wait and see on them, as personnel demands are already high and two additional P-8 might not be feasible there at the moment.
We should see Phase I of the Light Utility Vehicle initative drop in the next few weeks
