TNSR: A Numbers Update

Welp. We have a new record.

For a long time, outside of Substack, I have been providing regular number updates for TNSR. There are a few reasons I think it's important. A lot of you are invested in the journey, so I like to keep all of you updated on myself and the brand.

Second, I think it is important to be honest. You guys know I like to be open about stuff. I don't want secrets, or unknowns. I want things upfront. That ensures you guys can keep me in check, and helps create an air of transparency that I like to have.

For a long time I didn't do these here, mainly because I just didn't think it was worthwhile content. However, we have two major achievements that I feel make it worth highlighting (and also I gotta advertise a bit).

TNSR has officially hit 250,000 monthly viewers AND crossed the 2000 follower mark on Substack. In fact, we added almost 200 in the last few weeks of CANSEC season, spread out over 50 different countries!

250,000 a month… Over 3,000,000 views a year. That's just on Substack, not counting our presence on places like X, Gander, Bluesky...

I can't thank all of you enough for that level of support. We hit 100,000 in mid-November, and only hit 1000 followers in December. Never in my life did I imagine we would go through this level of growth in this time. I honestly thought 100,000 was where we would level off…

From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for the support that we've seen over the last year. I never expected this to be a career. I never expected to be in the position to experience and get the opportunities that I have, from Lorea to CANSEC. Thank you all.

I don't know how to repay you all, nor what I can do to make my appreciation truly known. This month I have transitioned to TNSR full-time, in the last two weeks actually. I am still in a bit of a transition, obviously, but I can now afford to make this my job, to dedicate the time you all deserve, and for that you have my eternal gratitude.
