Updating the Submarine Partnership chart.

Welp. Time for a minor update.
With the latest announcements from TKMS and Cohere, and the new website seemingly confirming the future locations of TKMS maintenance facilities, I thought it was proactive to update the charts for TKMS.
Cohere is in, Davies is out, and with that, TKMS adds Irving and Seaspan to its rumored roster. Despite being heavily implied, I will not add either unless they are officially confirmed. I have also not added Q-Energy for Hanwha considering they own them, so they do not get any additions to this.
I have a good feeling that we can expect a number of new announcements over the coming weeks. I imagine we might hear some shipyard partnerships soon, especially as we drift closer to the RFP closing in March.
Hanwha, though, is going to force me to redo the chart with just how many partnerships they have announced…
Even though they are in the rumour category, it's nice to see two Newfoundland based companies on the lists.
