He was in BC, visiting the Dragoons! The Secretary of State released the following statement and images:

As we make generational investments in the Canadian Armed Forces to reach our NATO's 2% defence spending target this year, we're ensuring Canada stands ready to defend our sovereignty and support our allies.”
My theory is that he's mastered the art of being in two places at the same time. Given the size of his "industrial engagement" file, it's amazing to see him in his home riding as much as we do.
