Hes currently in Germany visiting TKMS shipyard in Kiel! The company put out this statement about the trip:
High-ranking naval visit to Kiel!
TKMS welcomed Admiral Jan Christian Kaack Kaack (Inspector of the German Navy) and Vice-Admiral Angus Topshee (Chief of Navy of the Royal Canadian Navy) in Kiel.
The guests visited the new shipbuilding hall, the fuel cell production plant and the submarine U31.
We thank you for the goal-oriented exchange on current topics of maritime security and look forward to further cooperation.

U-31 is the older and smaller 212A class submarine. Probable not much to look at compared to the KSS-III batch ll he toured in Korea. Hard to compare apples to apples when one company has an already built product and the other has to show you an older model not even under consideration for our needs.
