They really need four more frames so they have 3x each at Comox, Winnipeg, Trenton, Greenwood and Gander. Along with three more for training in Comox and another two as spares to fill the maintenance pipeline. This fleet should be 20 frames. 16 is still tight. This is one of those easy projects to boost defence spending.
