The M72 was a handy little weapon, glad to see it continuing use and improvements. Also glad to see it being made here, I suspect we make a whole bunch for Ukraine as well.
More production for ammunition is always good! I remember during my BMQ and SQ yelling "bang" cause we had no ammo during training. I'm glad Magellan won the contract!
One gets the impression that the feds are doing Magellan a favour, getting them into munitions. Magellan (then Bristol, formerly MacDonald Brothers aircraft manufacturing Ansons in WWII and floats for Western Canada Airways in 1920s) has been building rockets since 1950s with the Black Brant line, still made today near Winnipeg, and air launched rocket systems for NATO forces in the 1960s and 70s. Supporting companies with such history is the essence of rebuilding our defence industry,
