Pohnjanmaa is honestly one of the big ones I think they would go for, with their Finnish connections. A lot of people have pit MEKO in the top spot, for obvious reasons lol, but there are options of we do want a true corvette.
MEKO or Mogami will be the choice of the RAN.....doesn't mean our needs would match.
Because Canada, if CMMC is going to be an actual warship (River class hedge I hope not?), probably look at which designs are equipped with systems that are on our refitted frigates and could be recycled......looking at you ARM Benito Juárez!!!

You've probably already heard this, but incase you haven't: The Director of Naval Requirements gave some detail on the Corvette project (starts at about 21:30 of the video). The Navy is asking for strike-length VLS to be included!

It's a Good little info dump on a lot of projects, although they kind of ruined one of my pieces going in to the navies autonomous systems by explaining it in greater detail than I would have. 🤣
No need! We should be seeing Phase I for the MILCOTS replacement coming in the next few months. Phase II either late this year or next year. All four companies are still in for Phase II
