Prime Minister Carney To Make Defence Announcement In Halifax Tomorrow
Announcement and Noah Note

The PMO has just confirmed, at an unprecedently late time, that the Prime Minister will be in Halifax tomorrow. As well as a tour, the Prime Minister will be making a Defence Announcement. For those of you who don't follow me on X, tomorrow was heavily rumored to be the Submarine announcement and that's what were going off of (you should all follow me on X for random thoughts like that.)
It is an uncharacteristically short time to put the notice out there, perhaps on purpose. There has seemingly been many back and forths on which date to choose. Usually we have at least 2 days gap between notice, and very rarely this later into the evening for an event tomorrow.
Either way, we now have dates and times to make note of. While not confirmed directly to be Subs, we have good authority it is. Not the time I was expecting.

Is it wrong to hope for the Submarine announcement?
An announcement in Halifax tends to point towards a Navy announcement.
