Toronto is the most logical choice, but if we were to consider the US as a hostile entity, then it would be better to locate the bank in a place less... vulnerable. I never thought I'd have to think like this.
Can anyone explain why this bank needs 3,500 Employees? Like this is not a regular customer based retail bank with branches and mortgages and staff for meeting tons and tons of consumers etc. What do they need 3,500 people for ?
