In the heading on Army restructuring you mention a 2040 goal of 120,000 for the Reg Force. Is that CAF total or just Army? 120,000 Reg F for the whole CAF might be achievable over 15 years, with a whole-of-government effort. But the Army at 120k on it's own is a bit of a pipe dream.
