Mr. Fuhr continues to run around Europe on one of his many adventures. Here it's actually the Embassy of Germany to Canada who's showing off his trip to Kiel:

“Deepening maritime defence ties.
During his visit to Germany, Canada's State Secretary Stephen Fuhr PC MP CD travelled to Kiel, a key centre of European maritime and defence expertise. The visit highlighted the value Canada places on close, operational cooperation with German partners.
A central outcome was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Canada's Marmen inc. and Germany's TKMS a global leader in conventional submarine construction. The agreement strengthens transatlantic supply chains and welcomes Québec-based industry into the U212CD ecosystem.
The programme also included exchanges with the German Navy and industry partners, reflecting the depth of Canada-Germany cooperation across policy, industry, and operations.”

I suspect I know where Noah was today…
